These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between To the Seller and its customers (Buyers), when purchasing goods through the e-shop www.artonline.cz. By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
The presentation of products on the website is not a proposal to conclude a contract. The purchase contract is formed by the confirmation of the order by the Seller. The Buyer will be informed of the acceptance of the order by e-mail. By submitting an order, the Buyer also acknowledges that his personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and agrees to the terms and conditions of personal data processing stated on the page Privacy Policy.
The price of goods is always listed on the e-shop including all taxes and fees. Payment methods:
Delivery is free of charge via Toptrans, DPP or PPL. Personal collection is not possible. Delivery takes place only in the Czech Republic.
Most of the paintings are hand painted and made to order. Such goods are exempt by law from withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days. However. Seller offers the option of returning the painting within 30 days from delivery if:
Before sending the custom work, the Seller sends a photograph of the finished work for approval. To return, simply contact email info@artonline.cz or use a customer account. Money is refunded by the same payment method, usually within 5 working days of receipt of the returned work. Shipping for the return of undamaged goods is the responsibility of the Buyer. In the case of defective work, shipping is paid by the Seller.
If the image arrives damaged, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@artonline.cz. Please include a photo of the damage, order number and a short description. Leave the picture and packaging until the claim is resolved. In the event of a legitimate claim, we offer a replacement, repair or refund. The Seller is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a claim.
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller may use his/her email address obtained during the order process to send commercial communications regarding its own products and services similar to those that were the subject of the purchase. The Buyer may refuse the sending of such communications at any time by using the link provided in each commercial communication or by contacting the Seller at the following email address info@artonline.cz. Details of the processing of personal data are set out in the document Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are published on www.artonline.cz/obchodni-podminky/ and form an integral part of the Purchase Agreement. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. These terms and conditions are effective from 1 September 2024.
